During an interview with CNN's Jake Tapper, Vice President Mike Pence would not say whether climate change is a threat to the US. Pence's comment comes as the Environmental Protection Agency announced last week it will roll back Obama-era restrictions on coal plants and allow states to set their own emission standards.
